Stop call-ing me old folk !! weird?WHAT DO YOU WILL THINK IF SUDDENLY HAVE an old folk shoot u this? h@h@..you might think...."Still don't want to admit to the fact..."(kekeke) For me....I will correct this sentence "Still don't want to admit to the fact..." sometimes fact is not the fact...why i say like this? Because......I really met a "crazy" old folk today！(The word not mean that "gila", is their face look old but they still have good Physical ability) I met him at Fitness Room today...and I feel very ashamed and no dare to Fitness Center anymore... ----------The story begin...,--------------------------- Today (21/7/2007), I woke up earlier and since that was nothing for me to do so I decided go to fitness room to fit myself. When I came to fitness room, the first thing I will do is, "running" with Jogging machine. After a moment, have an old man open the door and came in..I cannot imagine how old is he..but I thought he is >50 or more than that...after he puts down all his stuff, and walked towards me, and I look scared..Beside me, there still have another Jogging machine, and he was "Jumps" upon Jogging Machine..and tuning the speed first. I remember my speed running is 7.7 something, because I was trying to have a long run. Suddenly I listened "Godzilla" voice came from his machine. I thought there was something wrong with his machine but I'm wrong, Because that sound wasn't came from his machine, Is his steps.

WOW !! Crazy Man!! OMG OMG

, He was running at top speed....Do you think this old man "crazy"? And I don't bothered him at all, and continued to run..After 30 minutes, I was feel very tired..(may be long time didn't do exercise d) And I turn my head to the right( It is very tired for me to turn my head ), and I still can see that Old man was still running, He haven't stop or slow down the speed...Suddenly Insight came and my mind was came out " Is this an old man?" Or he makes up to become old man? ( Like Cyril magician who was makes up and become an old folk to play with his magics ) Is it he?haha..."I thought too much.." After that, I decided to play another machine and after 30 minutes, I was came out from fitness room, and I still can saw that "crazy" old man was still running on Jogging Machine..then I back home and I do not know ...What was happening after this.... ------------Story END------------------ Ladies and gentle mens...remember don't call old man as "Old folk" you might call them "Lou Heng" in cantonese...HeHe
