世界第一高楼，阿联酋迪拜Burj Dubai正在紧张施工中，现已造到110层以上。据悉，该楼最终高度可能是828米。到时名副其实的世界第一将在迪拜诞生.
迪拜又计划兴建一座名叫“迪拜Pentominium”的一百二十层大楼，其五百一十六米的高度将会使它成为全球最高的住宅大厦，每层都只有一个宽敞的公寓套间，低层单位的售价为二百五十万美元，附设阁楼套房的高级单位则高达一千万美元。大楼更将提供一批豪华私家车、游艇、一个水疗池、多家健身中心、一个私家剧场及一个商业中心。
多尖端环保设计
Chapman Taylor建筑师事务所高层萨莉-沃伦说：“现在的摩天大楼的设计和保养都远胜于以往，因此年纪较轻的人士也较为乐于选择住在较高的大厦。”
据悉，俄罗斯首都莫斯科也将会兴建一座实际高度为三百五十四米(连螺旋尖顶在内四百四十八米高)的“联邦塔”，将会成为全欧洲最高的摩天楼。它同样不是纯粹的住宅大厦，而设有办公室、餐厅和健身中心。
令人喜出望外的是，有些建筑以尖端的环保设计。法国巴黎西部商业区拉德方斯计划兴建的一组三百米高“生物气候(bio- climatic)”高楼以特别材料建成，可以达到节约能源和用水的效果；其双层外墙可以提供天然通风，楼顶还设有多座风车，为大厦提供降温所需的电力。

i know some bout dubai geh... their living cost is even higher than Malaysia now. All pending on foreigners to grow its country. No matter how, the government really did it pretty well~ The ex-King exempted all tax to watever shit for 20years. and now it's the 15th/16th years now... that's y it has become one of the most well-known habour to import/export stuffs. Dubai's citizen average monthly income is about rm15k!!! can u imagine that? their currency is about the same with us now. Too, Dubaian have become so rich and they prefer to buy & sell things in bunches, not per piece, and they would drive all supercars as toys!
Ya...the country which grow very fast and well management~ also i believe many people travel To there~~Because that was a wonderful place in the world.
